Tsugumi finds herself inadvertently going to a movie with Akira and is pleasantly surprised when sees a new unexpected side of him. Meanwhile, members of the House of Peers who support the Prime Minister`s plan for disarmament are mysteriously dying and a Japanese-style book has been found by each of their bodies; the members of Fukurou begin to see a connection. One day, Tsugumi is suddenly confronted by Shiginuma Takashi, the supposed leader of Karasu, and he offers her a difficult choice.
