Team Otori is in low spirits due to Shiki's expulsion from the Kao Council. Knowing full well what it feels like to lose their coach, the boys do their best to reach out to Shiki and get through to him for the sake of his own team. Meanwhile, Fuyusawa can't help the empty feeling consuming him after his victory over Shiki.
