Dr. Neo is just declaring that it`s time to capture Phoenix, when President D, the celebration`s one unhappy participant, receives advance notices from Joker, Spade, and Queen about stealing the Frozen Sabertooth Tiger Mummy. The final battle between the phantom thieves and the Devil`s Fang is about to commence!
