Neil`s older brother, Nick, arrives from Hell. Nick`s goal is to awaken the Demon King sleeping within Neil, and the tenants of room 1031 get into trouble when they get caught up in Nick`s plans. After that, Nick, who moves at his own pace and whims, spends all his time hanging out in room 1031, and Lynn burns his hands... Room 1031 becomes rowdier and rowdier by the day.
