Who Benefits? Episode 5

Unit 8 is overwhelmed by a new threat: too many Willwear criminals doing random misdemeanors at once. From smashing store windows to painting graffiti on the walls, these new Willwear foes are doing absolutely nothing to threaten the city. But their continued presence is a threat to Unit 8's reputation, and an increasingly frustrated public is losing patience. Can Unit 8 catch these minor crooks and salvage their reputation?
