When Burton explains the plan to Genshusai, Genshusai tells the group a story passed down from the ancestors about a creature that resembled Gumchi arriving in Oedo long ago in the past. That creature was named “Dangochi” and currently lives with Genshusai’s twin brother, Genkusai.
