In the country Assham, an uprising has started. Traces of a confusion ray appear on the body of the leader who has been shot. Thinking that a few hundred people have been bathed in that ray, the Science Ninja Team sneaks into the country. During the investigation, Ken and Jinpei notice that the peackocks, which are the country's national birds and which are bred and released in the country, are robots. The peacock mechas cover the two men with confusion rays. Ken pushes Jinpei away and saves him from the rays, but he is attacked by the Peacock Devil, which then takes with him the car Ken has hidden in. Ken's boomerang remains behind.
