Shounen Ashibe: GO! GO! Goma-chan 4

Goma-chan is bored. He rolls around the house, but only gets in the way of Ashibe-kun`s homework, Ma`s vacuuming, and Pa`s bathroom break. Hirao the frog is so lucky to have his own "room" in the house... And when Ashibe-kun realizes that that`s what Goma-chan wants, he makes Goma-chan his own room out of an apple box!

Photo-chan, a cat from Grandpa`s safari park, has come to visit Ashibe-kun`s house! When Goma-chan, Photo-chan, and Hirao are all "talking" to each other, it almost sounds like they`re singing! So Sugao-kun starts to sing with them. Meanwhile, at the safari park, everyone is going crazy trying to find Photo-chan!

Ashibe-kun gets into a fight with Sugao-kun. He goes over to his house to apologize, but he isn`t sure if Sugao-kun is even at home, so he sends Goma-chan in to check. So Goma-chan sneaks into the yard... only see a golf ball flying toward him! He dodges the ball, but knocks over the potted plants in the yard! Oh, no! Will Ashibe-kun and Sugao-kun ever make up?!

Ashibe-kun and his friends are playing hide-and-seek in the park. As Ashibe-kun is searching for the others, he runs into Makoto-chan and her dog, Goro! He invites her to play with them, but Makoto-chan is very competitive and doesn`t want to lose in any game. Finally, it all comes down to a contest between Goma-chan and Goro to see who can "stay" the longest! Who will win?

Sakata is sitting in class with his mind occupied by thoughts of Makoto-chan. Yumiko-chan is learning how to read tarot cards, so Sakata thinks about asking her for a romance reading for him, but Ms. Minami beats him to it. So Ashibe-kun introduces Sakata to a fortuneteller he knows... Goma-chan?! What will Goma-chan`s fortune say, and what will come of Sakata`s love?

Ashibe-kun accidently does a Brotherly Love Hold on Goro the dog! That makes Goma-chan jealous, so he tries to get Ashibe-kun to do the same to him... but it doesn`t work out. So Goma-chan tries to get a hug from some passing office ladies instead, but they end up mobbing him! Will Goma-chan ever get anyone to do a Brotherly Love Hold on him?

It`s lunch hour, but Wang Wang Ken isn`t getting any customers. Riko-chan thinks it may be because their lucky beckoning cat statue`s ears broke off, so she tries attaching the broken ears to Goma-chan! They look pretty good on him! So she sets up the beckoning Goma-chan in the beckoning cat`s place... and customers start to pour in! Has the beckoning Goma-chan saved the restaurant?

Ashibe-kun`s Ma is sick, so he and Goma-chan do all kinds of things to help her out. They wash the dishes and even sing her a lullaby to help her rest and feel better! Then Goma-chan and Hirao take over looking after Ma while Ashibe-kun goes out shopping by himself! Can he handle such a big task?

It`s been raining for days, and Ashibe-kun and Goma-chan are missing being able to play outside. Hirao sure seems to be having fun playing outside even in the rain. That gives Ashibe-kun an idea: he and his friends can just turn into frogs, too! So they all head outside in their frog raincoats, and Hirao teaches them how to have fun in the rain! Ribbit, ribbit!

Ashibe-kun and his friends are growing morning glories at school. Each one does their best to take care of their own plant. They even put caps over the buds so that they`ll be able to see when the blossoms open! Whose morning glory will blossom first? Sakata-kun seems rather confident. All right! The race is on!

Ashibe-kun was looking forward to visiting Grandpa`s kitchen garden, but due to extremely hot weather, the outing must be canceled. But Ashibe-kun still wants to play outside! Maybe if there were one more of him, he`d be able to? Just then, a package of fresh fruits and vegetables from Grandpa arrives, and Pa says he`ll teach Ashibe-kun the best ways to eat corn and watermelon!

Ashibe-kun and Goma-chan are preparing to spend the night at Sugao-kun`s house. Before they leave, Ma tells them to be on their best behavior, and they`re determined to exercise good manners! Sugao-kun`s dad has been doing all kinds of things to prepare for their visit, including setting up a wading pool, but his efforts seem to be in vain... Then it`s time to lay out the futons and go to bed. Wait, what`s that? Goma-chan seems sort of sad... Is he homesick?!

When Uncle Akio turns on his TV, the news program "QTV News" is just beginning... and the newscasters are Ashibe-kun and Goma-chan?! All the news stories they read seem very trivial. The news program is followed by "Goma-chan Calisthenics" and "Goma-chan`s Language Lesson"... in fact, it seems all the programs on QTV are rather strange. What kind of program will air next? Don`t change that channel!

Ashibe-kun receives his allowance from Ma. Yay! What should we buy? He heads straight to the candy store with Goma-chan, but he`s too hungry to think clearly about what he wants to buy. All right! We`ll go home to eat and then think about it again! But then Ashibe-kun keeps running into people in trouble on his way to his destination, and he dips into his allowance to help them...

Yumiko-chan`s baby sister, Ruriko-chan, seems to have become very good friends with Goma-chan. She seems especially fond of Goma-chan`s back... and now she won`t get off of him! The gang tries pulling her loose and tickling her, but she just won`t let go. Poor Goma-chan! How will they get Ruriko-chan off of him?!

Ashibe-kun wanted to gather chestnuts, so his grandpa bought a mountain for him! Goma-chan has never had chestnuts before, so he`s excited, too! Now, let`s all go pick up chestnuts together! The gang searches the ground in a grove of chestnut trees, but... what? There are no chestnuts anywhere. Then they find some mysterious footprints... Could the one who ate all the chestnuts be the unidentified creature Cheskenstein?!

It`s the day of the sports festival at school. Sakata-kun is all fired up to beat Ashibe-kun, but he`s not the only one... Mr. Tendou is also fired up as he suddenly starts his own event, the Tendou Festival! Ready, set... go! Even after this crazy development, can Sakata-kun manage to defeat Ashibe-kun?!

Ashibe-kun has caught a cold! Goma-chan wants to play with him like usual, but Ma won`t let him, saying they don`t want Goma-chan catching Ashibe-kun`s cold. But Goma-chan is bored and tries all kinds of things to get into Ashibe-kun`s room without Ma noticing. Then Pa comes home from work...

Everyone`s cleaning up the park together! Ashibe-kun and Goma-chan quickly find a spiderweb. As they watch the spider up close, they realize it`s actually kind of cute. But then they hear the neighborhood association chairman tell everyone to clear out every single spiderweb in the park! If they find this spider`s web, it`ll be destroyed! We`ve gotta protect this spider from the clean-up crew!

Omata Tamao-chan has accepted the role of a female soccer player in a TV drama series. To master her role, she`s asked everyone to get together and give her some intensive training in soccer! When the ball rolls away during training, Sakata runs to fetch it and meets Mari-chan, a girl in an electric wheelchair. She wishes she could play soccer with everyone... And then, former Japanese national team soccer player Kitazawa-san appears!

Ashibe-kun and the other kids are excited for music class... but then a mysterious rapper appears out of nowhere! And that rapper turns out to be Mr. Tendou! Mr. Tendou is always a bit of an oddball, but he might actually be pretty cool now... With Mr. Tendou`s guidance, everyone has fun rapping together! Is Goma-chan the DJ?!

Makoto-chan and Sakata`s older brother both love Goma-chan. So they decide to have a quiz contest to find out which one really loves him more! But as they become caught up in the contest, they don`t even notice that Goro is missing! It seems that hearing Makoto-chan say she wished she could have Goma-chan as a pet was such a shock that he took off somewhere. Goro, where are you?!

It`s Christmas time! What is the present that Grandpa has brought as he arrives in his private jet? A giant box pops open to reveal a visitor from the Republic of Asnikul, and it`s... Yeti?! But he`s not alone; Chit-chan is here as well! Sugao-kun and Chit-chan are so happy to see each other again after so long! Plus, the gang decides to throw a Christmas party to welcome Chit-chan to Japan!

Chit-chan and Yeti have arrived from the Republic of Asnikul, and everyone is getting ready to throw a Christmas party! They start to exchange presents, but wait... Goma-chan and the mini Yeti, Curly Locks, are missing! It turns out they`re searching the town for something that Curly Locks dropped, but they`re so cute that everyone in town wants to hold them and take pictures of them! Who`s the surprising figure that shows up to save them from being crushed by everyone`s affection?!
