Synopsis

Nuclear war has devastated the planet, turning one fertile ground into a barren, inhospitable landscape on which mankind struggles desperately to stay alive. Society has collapsed and a fight for control wages between vicious dictators, super-powerful mutants, and biker gangs that terrorize the streets. It`s the year 199x, and the world is enveloped in the fires of a nuclear holocaust. On the charred remains of the earth`s surface, few remaining groups of humans are struggling to survive.

Spade, who lost his eye during his initial encounter with Ken, attacks the village and kills Smith in retaliation. Unable to rescue Smith, an angry Ken kills Spade with a technique that makes their victim feel remorse before dying. After the battle, Ken plants Smith's seed over his grave.

In the City Without Light, a Lone Fist Burns! The Furious Death by the Five Exploding Fingers

Bato spots Rin in a truck full of captured villagers being taken to the village of Dorado, which is occupied by the King gang. On their way there, Ken encounters two of remaining Jacks, Diamond and Club, who are torturing the villagers of Dorado. With Bato's help, Ken is reunited with Rin.

Ken learns that the prisoners that were transported with Rin were taken to a prison camp in a nearby valley. Ken manages to break the imprisoned villagers free, but during their escape they're all slaughtered in an ambush led by Mr. Heart, the last of the Four Jacks. While Heart's excess flesh proves resistant to his attacks, Ken eventually uses a techniques which penetrates through his body. From his battle with Heart, Ken learns an important clue which reveals to him the identity of King.

Having learned that King is none other than his old friend turned nemesis Shin, Ken remembers how a year ago Shin defeated him in combat, engraved the seven scars on his chest, and kidnapped his fiancee Yuria (Julia). Ken arrives at a local castle where Shin was staying, but only finds Shin's right-hand man Joker, who reveals that Shin and his gang has already left the castle, taking Yuria with him. Joker escapes and sets the castle ablaze with Ken inside, but Ken manages to escape, swearing to find Shin.

As a result of his injury, Rei is left with only three days to live and symptoms of disfigurement are starting to show. Mamiya ventures into Medicine City by herself to search for a medicine to ease Rei's pain.

Mamiya is captured by Galf, the ruler of Medicine City. Ken and Rei rescue her, only to discover the "UD" mark tattooed behind her shoulder.

Ken and Rei learn that Mamiya was once kidnapped by a man named Yuda, who also murdered her parents. Rei reveals that Yuda is in fact, one of the Six Sacred Fists of Nanto along with Rei himself and the already deceased Shin. Ken and Rei head to Yuda's castle to confront him, but they only find his lieutenant Dagarl, who tells that Yuda has gone to the village of Blue Town.

Ken and Rei arrive at Blue Town assist a young group of rebels seeking to rescue their female friends and family from Yuda. However, the "Yuda" at Blue Town is actually a decoy. The real Yuda is revealed to had been hiding in his castle all along.

Ken and Rei return to Mamiya's village, with Rei at the verge of death. Toki offers to push a pressure point on Rei's body that will grant strength and increase his lifespan for another day, but the expense of great pain.

Yuda and his gang arrive at the village and takes Mamiya captive in order to challenge Rei to a match. Yuda reveals that he has harbored resentment towards Rei ever since they've trained together, due to the fact that Rei's graceful Nanto Suichōken is more admired than Yuda's own Nanto Kōkakuken style.

Toki, Are You an Angel or a Devil?!

Yuda's henchmen causes a flood in the village that makes Rei stuck to the ground, giving Yuda a slight upper hand. However, Rei overcomes this and defeats Yuda with his ultimate technique. Yuda accepts his defeat and recognizes Rei as a stronger and more beautiful man. Yuda dies, but Rei himself does not have much time to live either.

The Evil One! Toki, Your Heart is Completely Rotten!!

In his last moment of life, Rei secludes himself from his family and friends and reminisces his adventures with Ken and co. while awaiting death. After dying, Ken cremates his body by burning the cabin with his body still in it.
