Synopsis
In a forgotten town known as the old capital of Tokyo, strange and mysterious crimes are progressively occuring. These supernatural occurances are beyond comprehension and bring fear and terror to the people. Only one person is not intimidated by the evil underlying these occurances and is willing to challenge them: Hyuga Mayuki, a young boy detective who holds a special insight power that allows him to uncover the real truth behind these occurances.

Three young elementary school students end up going to an old mansion after hearing rumors of ghosts. They find a mysterious young boy named Mayuki.

Mayuki starts attending school on his 12th birthday, but his new school life is interrupted by a bomb threat in the city. Can he help the police stop the bomb from destroying the city?

Minori asks Mayuki to fix her prized Tokyo Tower souvenir. Mayuki can’t fix it, so he and the gang venture into the restricted zone to find a replacement.

Minori and Rakuta are trapped in an elevator after what seems to be an earthquake, so Mayuki and Kota must find the backup generator to restore power to Tokyo Tower and save their friends.

Mayuki decides that he must settle things alone. Strange earthquakes are causing previously-buried buildings to resurface, one of them being a mansion that Mayuki recognizes from long ago.

Beyond Shinchi
Mayuki searches for a precious item from long ago, and the search takes him to the mansion where he stayed in as a baby. Meanwhile, Seiran, now hardened with new resolve, confronts Seiju.

Time is Ripe, Flowers Fall
Seiju has now obtained the power of Shinchi, the Knowledge of the Gods. He challenges Mayuki to a final confrontation. While Mayuki be able to survive?
